		<description>How democratic, decentralised and interactive are $100 million worth of promises made to attract campaign funds? Five million people raising $20 a time is fine but I don&#039;t kid miyself that most of the money was raised in this way. The majority of the funds came from big donations,  They will be expecting big favours in return.  Time alone will tell what those favours are.</description>
